Candid Phone Pics...random.

Paisley and Noah got hair cuts!!  So cute.  Paisley has been begging me to let her get bangs for about a year.  I finally gave in, and I LOVE THEM!  I think we will keep them for a while, she loves them too so that's good.  We sure are lucky to have aunt Bria and her wonderful talents!
Not sure what Noah is doing here, but he sure thinks he is funny.

New Years Eve was so much fun.  My kids were acting a bit sick the day before so we didn't think we would do anything...then last minute the gang all decided to get together since we all had kids and no plans.  It actually turned out to be so much fun.  We had a fun auction with monopoly money, played some games, the kids played so well together, and we all rang in the new year with Martinelle's and Party blowers.
 Hot momma!

 Just dance 4...great entertainment.
She didn't quite make it to midnight...how she slept through the chaos and noise in the middle of the room I don't know.
 Neither did he...
 But I did!  Hooray!
 Love these girlies so much.

 Happy New Year!!!!

The next day we took the kids sledding.  We have so much snow this year, but it is bitter bitter cold.  Noah and Rowan lasted about 2 minutes before they were crying.  Paisley then started crying because we left after 2 minutes and wanted to stay...great attempt, but just too cold.  They did all love the hot cocoa afterwards.

A few days before Christmas we celebrated Ryan's birthday early with our dear friends the Ash's.  We went up to the Bear River Cabins in the Uintahs and spent a day and 2 nights snowmobiling, ate lots of good food, and played games into the wee hours of the night.  Great time, great friends, break from the kids, beautiful weather...couldn't have asked for a better time.

The emergency shelter way up in the mountains that we found.  Had a fun time playing on the sleds around here.  Then we took off to Mirror Lake.  So beautiful.  I am glad we didn't break through the lake and die.

Paisley is finally doing dishes by herself...hallelujah!!  She is a great helper.

Just a few randoms of Rowan looking extra cute.

 Cheese!!
Fattest tree over.  My favorite yet.

Christmas 2012!!

Finally Christmas Eve was here!!!  You could feel the excitement in the air with all of the cousins!  It was such a fun night all together with the Hemmings.  We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner, played out the live nativity with the kids.  Paisley was the angel, and Noah was a shepherd.  Didn't get one pic. of the whole nativity scene, grrrr.

Noah wouldn't stop crying because his towel was bothering him...it was really hard for me not to loose my cool with that child at that moment...
But then they all got to open their gifts to each other, and it was so much fun!
Look at all those cute happy faces!
I think Clayton is just turning into such a handsome young man!  Paisley got him Nike Socks...that really makes a statement about how big he is getting.  No more "toys". :(
Taryn kissing RoRo, thanking her for her gift.

He is obsessed with Legos...unborn baby Hemming really hooked him up.  We then watched "The Greatest Christmas Pageant Ever!" and headed home to do our own festivities before Santa would come!

Traditional opening of the Christmas Jammies, and Cookies, Carrots, and Milk with a little note to Santa.  Followed by reading of the children's version of the first Christmas.  A great way to end the night.

Christmas Morning!!!  Eeeekkk!!  Grandma and Grandpa Carey slept over.  I really really loved having them here, sharing in the excitement of Christmas morning with us, it was the best.
Beam, Bar, and Mats for Mckenna was what Santa brought Paisley.  He even snuck into her room and got Mckenna to let her play on them before she woke up!  Silly Santa.

Rowan is obsessed with her Trampoline and Baby Doll from Santa.  Hopefully this helps her release lots of energy while stuck indoors for the next few months!

Noah got Ninja Turtles, lots of Legos, and a Hot Wheels Wall Tracks for his room.  So exciting for him!

Then we headed back over the Grandma and Grandpa Hemmings for MORE presents...talk about spoiled. LeeAnn is almost BETTER then Santa sometimes.  She is amazing.  We loved and appreciated all they did for us.  The cousins were all excited sharing stories of their new gifts, and the girls all painted their nails with Paisley's new nail polish from her make up kit.
 Twinners!!
Paisley will get LOTS and LOTS of use out of her new lap desk from Grandma and Grandpa.

We all enjoyed the afternoon together, then the kids started begging to go home so they could play with all of their new toys.  So, while Ryan put together Legos, batteries, etc. and played with the kids, I went on an organizing spree.  Yup, Christmas day for me was all about getting the old toys out before getting the new toys in.  By 6pm we were all hungry and scouted to the nearest open restaurant...Dennys.  They probably hated us for making them work on Christmas night.  It was such a wonderful day.  I can't imagine it getting any better then this.  The magic of it all is truly unforgettable, and I cherish these wonderful memories of my kids today.  Nothing better.  I am sad it's over.  Till' next year!  Merry Christmas!
